The 101 Engagement Hub (previously 101 Drop In) is located on the St Kilda Uniting Church precinct on the corner of Chapel and Carlisle. The Hub operates weekdays from 9.00am to 2.30pm providing a range of programmes and support, including breakfast and lunch.
The Hub is well known for its approach where participants, staff and volunteers actively contribute to making the centre a place that is safe and where everyone is treated with kindness and respect. A publication describing the history of the ‘Hub’ is called ‘They Know my Name’ – the title captures the essence of this essential service that sits beside the St Kilda Town Hall.
